Hi, I'm Patience Moon

A Virtual Assistant, Digital Marketer & Business Operations Specialist. With 7 years of experience supporting more than 15 brands and industry leaders—including 9 clients in Canada, 5 in the U.S., and 2 in the UK. I help startups and growing businesses stay productive, organized, and aligned with their goals through strategic operations and accountability support.

My expertise covers digital marketing, administration, live streaming, media, recruitment, and training. I've managed social media pages and campaigns, streamlined hiring processes, successfully onboarded team members, supported executive-level staff, and led project operations—reducing turnaround times by up to 20%. I also enjoy training individuals and teams, helping them develop the skills and systems they need to work more efficiently.

Over the years, I've trained and mentored between 20 to 30 virtual assistants, helping them build confidence, sharpen their skills, and find clarity in their roles. I'm passionate about raising capable VAs and I look forward to training even more.

I studied History and International Studies at the University of Uyo and earned a Master's degree in Employment and Labour Studies from the University of Lagos.

Outside work, I enjoy dancing, podcasting, serving in church, and having meaningful conversations. I'm passionate about helping businesses thrive while empowering people to stay balanced and focused.
